Job Title: Wholesale Sales Manager

Location: Mt Hagen, Western Highlands Province

We are seeking a suitable and experienced individual with excellent customer relationship skills, whom is self-motivated, energetic and has the passion and drive to grow his/her career in Tininga as a Wholesale Sales Manager. The candidate should demonstrate honesty, resourcefulness and attention to detail including the managerial ability to support and manage the Sales Team.
KEY EXPERTISE AND REQUIRED SKILL SETS:

•Have 3-4 years sales experience with relevant tertiary qualification.
•Strong planning and organizational skills.
•Strong oral and written communication skills.
•Have the ability to lead and supervise the sales team to achieve sales targets.
•Have the ability to plan, lead, organize and control sales activities including promotions.
•Have the ability to implement sales and marketing strategies to improve sales.
•Have good knowledge and experience in using inventory software such as Pronto.
•Coordinating sales trips and leading a team to visit customers and bring in turning orders.
•Consolidating information and analysing sales data from the various Tininga Wholesale businesses.
•Presenting information and sales data
•Growing the wholesale business by sales, customer base and gross profit
•Demonstrate the ability to manage and maintain accurate customer records of sales orders.
•Has the ability to support, manage, train and mentor staff in the Sales Department.
•Proficient in using MS Office applications.
